ESL for Children

Teaching a new language is always a big challenge for anyone. However, children have the capability to unconsciously imitate everything they see and hear, so as teachers we have to see that as an advantage and start searching for strategies and methods that can caught our students' attention. It is important to start introducing the language to children in a way that they can relate and understand what the teacher is saying, there are a variety of methods that teachers can use to teach English. Before explaining some of the methods, it is important to mention some helpful strategies that teachers should be aware of: Context.
